Returns: You're covered with our generous 30-day returns. The watch strap must not have been worn, or show signs of any marks, wear, or damage of any kind, and must be returned with the original packaging, undamaged.

If the product fails prematurely or is defective, we will replace the product free of charge or exchange it for another similar product if the original is unavailable. We will not replace products due to normal wear and tear, abuse, damage, or excessive wear.
