How fast will my order be processed? We try hard to get orders out same-day, but please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! 

Can I pick up my order? We do not currently offer in-store pickup or local delivery. All orders ship from our distribution center.

How much is shipping? Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will ship for FREE if the amount meets our current FREE shipping minimum order amount.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping. Available shipping destinations and shipping charges for your order will be displayed and calculated at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Well Worn Watch™ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

What is your refund, return, and exchange policy? We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, we must be notified within 2 days from when you receive the package. Email us at support@wellworn.watch with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will do our best to make you satisfied!
